Cosy nights, crackling fires and wonderful company… 🍁🔥

As the evenings draw in and the clocks go back, there’s no better time to escape to the warmth and charm within White Birch Manor.

Gather your favourite people, pour a few drinks and settle in beside the flickering fire. It’s the perfect setting to slow down, switch off and create unforgettable memories ✨

How about we provide the firewood, and you bring the drinks, the laughter and the fun! Anyone ready?🍷❤️🔥

Why are we posting a summer pudding in October?! ❤️

Well, firstly, just look at those gorgeous colours! 😍 And secondly, it’s a delicious reminder that our catering diary for next year is already filling up fast!

If you’re planning a wedding, celebration or special event next year, now is the time to get in touch. It may feel early, but popular dates can go quickly—and we’d hate for you to miss out on yours. 😉

Give us a call or drop us an email today, and let’s get your date secured before the diary fills up.

A little planning now means one less thing to worry about later! 🥰

Better to be safe than sorry, right? ❤️❤️

One of the lovely things about having returning guests is getting to know them over time, and seeing familiar faces become friends along the way ❤️

As we get to know their likes and preferences, we can add a few personal touches to their welcome gifts to make each stay feel that little bit more special 🧁

It’s always a pleasure to welcome them back, catch up on family news and hear what they’ve been up to since their last visit 🥰

Because hospitality is about more than just a place to stay. We like to think it’s about the personal connections that we hope make people feel welcome and valued - because we never underestimate the trust people place in us to host their special occasions and much needed breaks, and we thank you for coming ❤️

📚❤️ A good book, a cosy corner, and nowhere else you need to be… pure bliss! ❤️📚

With 2026 being the National Year of Reading, we’re celebrating one of life’s simplest pleasures here at White Birch Manor… getting lost in a really good book ✨

Take a little wander around the manor and you’ll discover bookcases tucked into cosy corners, stacks of stories waiting to be explored, and perhaps your next favourite read just waiting to be found 📖

And the best bit? Our books are yours to enjoy! ❤️

Found a book you just can’t put down? If you haven’t quite reached The End by the time you leave, take it with you! Simply leave another finished read in its place for the next book lover to discover 🔄📚

Because at White Birch Manor, our library is your library. All you have to do is relax and enjoy 🥰

It’s been a busy day outside today at White Birch Manor! ✨ 🍃

We’ve been giving our grounds a little TLC, with the team at BFG Tree Surgery on site to remove dead branches and reduce the height of some of the trees bordering the property 🌳

Swipe through to see the transformation, with before and after shots plus a few behind-the-scenes snaps along the way!

A fantastic job from start to finish, helping keep the grounds looking their best. A huge thank you to the team at BFG Tree Surgery for all your hard work! 👏

🍂 Little touches of autumn have arrived at White Birch Manor…

We believe it’s the little details that make a stay truly special. That’s why we love decorating throughout the year to reflect the changing seasons and celebrate those special occasions 🎃

From cosy autumn touches to seasonal details, we hope our guests enjoy that extra little bit of magic during their stay. Because luxury isn’t just about the grand details… it’s about how a place makes you feel 🧡

We hope you love our little touches of autumn as much as we do ✨

✨ WE’VE BEEN NOMINATED! ✨

We’re over the moon to share that White Birch Manor has been nominated in THREE categories at the Cotswolds Wedding Awards 2026! 🥂🤍

Hosting and catering for weddings is something we feel incredibly lucky to do. We never take for granted the trust couples place in us to be part of such an important day, so these nominations mean more to us than we can say.

Voting is now OPEN until 30th November, with the winners announced on 1st December! 🎉

If you’ve loved celebrating with us, attended a wedding we’ve either hosted or catered for, worked with us, or simply want to show your support, we would be so grateful for your vote. Every single one counts! 🤍

If autumn is all about colour, then autumn has truly arrived at White Birch! 🍁❤️🍂

The creeper lining our driveway is putting on quite a show, with its leaves turning the most beautiful shades of fiery red, rich burgundy and warm autumnal orange ❤️🍂🍁

We’re back! 🥰

After a wonderful break touring around Scotland and the north of England, catching up with family and making the most of the fabulous weather, beautiful scenery and lots of walking with the dogs, we’re feeling refreshed and happy to be home again 🐾

From lochs and glens to beaches and pretty fishing harbours, we’ve enjoyed every moment of our travels 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ✨

We’re looking forward to the next few weeks now, welcoming guests and making their stays special one’s too. So, today, the washing machine has been working hard, emails have been answered and the lawns a much-needed mow! 🌿🏡

We thought you might like to see a few of our holiday pics… if anyone recognises anywhere, let us know!
