About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This is a vital role within the business, helping to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

* Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
* Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas
* Assisting with deliveries and stock storage
* Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Managing waste disposal and recycling procedures
* Helping with kitchen opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to work as part of a team

Essential Requirements

* Own transport is essential due to our rural location and the requirement to work evening and weekend shifts.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our busy countryside pub on a seasonal/part time basis.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service to our guests. 😃🫶🏼

Key Responsibilities

* Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Delivering food and beverages to tables
* Handling payments and operating the till
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar and dining areas
* Assisting with setting up and closing down shifts
* Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer experiences

What We’re Looking For

* Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
