This weekend my son Jon is attempting to run 100 miles in 24 hours to help raise funds for his friend’s beautiful daughter who suffered a neonatal stroke at birth. Please, please donate to his Just Giving Page, every single £ will make a massive difference to this little girl! We are so very lucky to have our health.
