Cornwall is more than just pasties!
Whilst they are a lovely treat on the beach, here is a list of some of our favourite restaurants in the area that are worth checking out
https://thefoxsrevenge.com - a BBQ shack based restaurant that does amazing food.
https://www.catchmawganporthbeach.co.uk - Catch has a great menu and overlooks Mawgan Porth beach
https://waxwatergate.co.uk - Based at Watergate Bay, its great food, kid friendly and if you can you grab a table on the balcony, you get some great views of the sun going down over the sea at night
https://www.travellersrestcornwall.co.uk/eat-drink-1 - Awesome pub on the outskirts of Mawgan Porth, children and dog friendly and a favourite every time we visit. The often have pizza and cider in the play area by the car park with views out to sea.
https://www.instagram.com/forestreetcafe/?hl=en - our go to for an amazing breakfast in Newquay. Great for other times of the day and a recent collaboration with a local pizza provider is working well too.
https://streetfoodonthebeach.co.uk - excellent location by the harbour with various street foods from Thai, pizza, fish and chips, burgers, and more.
https://lostbrewing.co - craft beers and decent bar food in Newquay. A favourite for the boys trips for sure!
https://bluefishbar.co.uk - sunset on Mawgan Porth beach is pretty special and the fish and chips from here are amazing. Grab a blanket, some food and enjoy an evening on the beach.
