My sis & I have had to make the sad decision to sell our other van, Kaye’s Retreat.
With both of us battling multiple chronic illnesses every day, we just can’t physically keep up with it.
We work so hard to make the vans as spotless as they can be and it’s making us more ill than we can cope with.

So, if anyone knows of anyone who is looking to buy a holiday home, please ask them to contact us.

The van is only 3 years old, has been very well looked after, is on a lovely quieter part of Newquay Bay Resort, over looking the countryside. It’s only a short drive or walk to multiple beautiful beaches.
It’s a 3 bed, with the main bedroom being a king size with en suite. The 2 other rooms have 2 singles in each with small wardrobes.
The main bathroom has a lovely sized shower.
It has decking to the front with outdoor seating & parking for 2 vehicles right next to it.
The van will come fully equipped with almost everything inside being included in the sale.

Newquay Bay resort is a 12 month site, so you can use the van whenever you like, although not all facilities are open during the winter of course.

CANNOT BE USED AS A PERMANENT RESIDENCE. Proof of primary residence elsewhere is requested from the site regularly.

⭐️POLITE REQUEST TO ALL GUESTS ⭐️

(1) BREAKAGES & STAINS.

PLEASE tell us when something gets broken or if something has left a stain. The sooner we know about things the quicker we can deal with them.
We understand accidents happen and often won’t charge for small breakages.
When we find things broken without being told it just feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth, when we work hard to provide as much as possible to give our guests much of what they could need.

(2) TOILETS

We are sadly finding an increasing number of people are leaving the toilets in a very dirty & unhygienic state. We understand people are on holiday and are not there to spring clean but we really feel it shows basic manners & respect to clean a toilet after use if you’ve made it dirty.
We provide bathroom spray & bleach for this reason.
Should we really have to clean up splashes & stains of other people’s diarrhoea & faeces?

We work really hard to provide spotlessly clean, well equipped caravans to make people’s holidays that little bit extra special & we always hope that people can at least show us & our property a little respect in return.

May is often such a beautiful month in Cornwall. Everything comes alive, nature bursts into colour & we can have some stunning, sunny days.
This headland walk, between Porth & Watergate bay is just a 5 min drive from the van.
We really feel so blessed to be able to see this so often. ☀️🌊🐚

Any guests staying with dogs…
Newquay Bay Resort has its own dog walking fields up behind “The Venue” which, on a lovely day, gives you beautiful views of the local farmland. We also have lovely walks close by in both the countryside & along the stunning coastline only 5 mins away. The walk along the headland between Porth & Watergate is also beautiful. With Watergate bay being dog friendly, all year round, it’s a lovely treat for the dogs to play on the beach after their walk.
