Our 3 bed Holiday Home is situated in the Paddock area of Newquay Holiday Park which is a perfect location for any type of Holiday stay. This comfortable caravan includes plenty of room for 8 people with a spacious Living Room and open plan Kitchen/Dining area. The Contemporary Central Lounge is an unusual feature which adds to the comfort but also means that there is extra room if the pull out be

d is required turning it into a nice sized 2nd Double Bedroom. With the Master Bedroom having an En-Suite Shower Room it means that there are Bedrooms and Bathrooms at either end of the Holiday Home. Also there is a Utility Cupboard which contains a Washing Machine should you require it along with many other useful items including an Iron and Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Vacuum and Mop and Bucket. Bed linen is included and Beds will be made for you on arrival. There are Parking Bays at the end of the path leading to the Holiday Home but please do not park on the grass adjacent to it. These will be needed to enter the main clubhouse and facilities and to use the swimming pools
