This year, Porth Beach celebrated its 50th anniversary, and we’d love to see some of the memories you’ve made with us over the years.

We’re giving away a 3-night weekend or 4-night midweek stay in a Luxury Caravan at Porth Beach Holiday Park during the 2027 season.

To enter, simply share your favourite Porth Beach holiday photo in the comments below and tell us a little about the memory behind it.

It could be a treasured family photo from the 70s, 80s or 90s, a favourite holiday from more recent years, or even a special moment from the summer we’ve just had.

We’ll be running the competition for one week only, with entries closing at 11:59pm on Thursday 1 October 2026.

How times have changed! 👀

As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, we’ve been taking a trip through the Porth Beach archives and came across this wonderful old photograph of Porth.

It’s amazing to see just how much the area has changed over the years, while still remaining such a special place to visit.

We’ve uncovered a few more gems from the archives too, so keep an eye on our feed over the next week or so as we share some more little glimpses into Porth Beach’s past.

If your phone went off like an air-raid siren last night and sent your tea flying, you weren’t alone! 📢😅

Behind that loud government emergency alert, however, is a serious national warning about extreme wildfire risks. As you can see from the aerial photo above showing a recent blaze near our park, dry ground and summer breezes mean a tiny spark can spread shockingly fast.

To ensure all our guests, wildlife, and surrounding coastal areas remain safe, residents should not undertake any activity that could start a fire, including disposable barbecues, firepits, or fireworks.

We ask that smokers please dispose of smoking materials safely. Ensure all ci******es are completely extinguished and disposed of in proper bins, never on the dry ground.

If you spot any signs of smoke or unattended fire, notify park reception and emergency services immediately on 999.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation. Let’s keep each other safe and enjoy a wonderful, sunny summer by the coast! ☀️🌊

What a spectacular week of weather we've had! The clouds might be creeping back in now, but Porth Beach has been absolutely buzzing all half-term long. ☀️🕶️

Seeing the sand packed with families, sandcastles, and ice creams all week has been the absolute best. Even the local wildlife wanted a piece of the action (shoutout to the photobombing seagull in our videos! 🦅).

We’ve been lucky enough to watch everyone enjoy this beautiful view from our park for 50 years now. The swimwear styles might have changed since 1976, but the pure magic of a sunny week at Porth stays exactly the same. ✨
