Adam brings with him a wealth of talent and an incredible ten-year legacy from our sister hotel's pub, The Working Boat. For a decade, he was the heart of their kitchen, and while they are sad to see him leave the quay in Falmouth, we couldn’t be happier to welcome him to the North Coast.
