With sunset views over world famous Fistral bay, Zone9 is Newquay’s premier seaside holiday property. The vision of award-winning Australian architect Dominic Levene, the three-storey house is ideal for large groups or multiple families. It features a “wow-factor” open-plan reception and kitchen area that is designed for comfortable socialising. With six bedrooms and a double sofa bed it can sleep

up to 20 people but it is perfect for up to 14 if you prefer to sleep two to a room. Each bedroom has blackout blinds and en suite toilet/showers or a wash basin. Location is perfect; it is just the width of a golf course away from Fistral beach, with its famous surf, bars and Rick Stein’s new restaurant. It’s also just a five-minute stroll to the centre of town with its buzzing bars, pubs and shops. Zone9 residents get discounts when out and about, whether go-karting, fishing or playing golf. The smartly landscaped back garden is great for parties to spill outside and the south-west facing front patio is the ideal spot to take in the sunset views. The house is packed with goodies to keep everybody occupied: there’s a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth compatible stereo with flush ceiling speakers, football table, entertainment room with 70’’ 3D TV and Sony Sonos surround sound (complete with premium Sky package), a Play Station 4 and a selection of board games. There’s even a karaoke machine for those stay-at-home party nights. Hang out around the huge kitchen table and breakfast bar, prepare a meal on the granite work surfaces and capacious double oven, or settle down on the funky leather furniture in front of the remote-control electric fire with amazing “optiflame” technology. There’s a full-size bath for those who want to completely relax and an outside shower for surfers to rinse their wetsuits All a stones throw from a convenient car park and a children’s playground with slides and swings.
