Great progress on site this week! The shower block refurbishment is nearly complete, with final touches going in both inside and out 👏

Meanwhile, things are taking shape in the play area too — the climbing equipment is currently being built, and we’ve got some exciting new pieces arriving and being installed over the next few days. Watch this space!

Statue overlooking Newquay’s Towan Beach celebrating the town’s surfing heritage

Newquay's identity as a world-class surfing destination has been celebrated by the arrival of a bronze statue of a surfer riding a wave 🌊 🏄

The statue overlooking Towan Beach has been gifted to the town by Stuart and Cherrylin Keogh, who started a business selling surf gear in the 1970s 🤙

Exciting progress at Treloy Touring Park! 🌿

Our upper shower block refurbishment is really taking shape and is moving forward right on schedule. A brand new entrance has now been built, along with new doors and windows. Inside, underfloor heating has been installed and new lighting throughout.

The space now benefits from plenty of natural daylight, creating a bright and welcoming environment for our guests.

We’re preparing for the installation of the new shower cubicles, which will be completed next week — all on schedule for when we open on May 15th.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the upgraded facilities soon! 🚿✨

We’re making the most of the quieter season and have been busy behind the scenes with some exciting improvements around the park:

🚿 Shower Block Renovation – Work is well underway, including the creation of a brand-new entrance area. We can’t wait to welcome you back to a fresh, updated space!

🌳 Storm Goretti Clean-Up – we have been hard at work clearing fallen trees and tidying up after Storm Goretti to keep the park looking its best and ready for the season ahead.

🛝 Playground Update – Our oldest playground equipment is being removed, making way for brand-new replacements arriving this Spring – just in time for summer fun!
