Set in a beautiful Porth Valley near Watergate Bay in the peaceful hamlet of Lower Trewince Farm, Bullpen is less than a 5 minute drive to the spectacular Cornish beaches of Porth, Whipsiderry and Watergate Bay. Whilst Bullpen is in a rural coastal setting, surrounded by ro

lling hillside, wildlife and birds, the cottage is only 3 miles from central Newquay and the infamous Fistral Beach, renowned for its surfing. Newquay airport is only a 10 minute drive away and the with the A30 within a few miles distance, Bullpen is situated perfectly for venturing off to other Cornish destinations for those days out.

You can even take the over to the (not the ferry featured in the photos 😂 - but it is still a great spot to watch the sail out to sea or return as well as check out a whole lot of other boat/ ship activity).
Lovely and fresh to be had at Cawsand… and a few other pubs to frequent too in the adjoining and equally as picturesque village of Kingsand :)
