Having some necessary work done to the roof and guttering this month... sad it's still almost in the holiday season but it's has to be done before winter sets in and of course when we can book the workmen!
This weekend should be the last incursion! 🤞

It's Boardmasters coming up this week Newquay will be extra busy: lots fun and music to be had, but please be careful out there; take precautions if staying out in the sun - stay hydrated, and in any shade there is, if it stays as hot as it has!

Such sad news of the two people who lost their lives in the sea off Fistral Beach this week... Beautiful though the sea is, it can be a dangerous place too, take care out there...RIP father and daughter.

Schools almost out for summer guys! And 4th July brings the opening session at Killacourt- with free afternoons of live music in the bandstand and entertainment. More events running most weekends check their website for full details!

Get ready to enjoy the hot weather that's been forecast for Half Term week.. The question is will it stay fine for these forth coming events:
1.The Royal Cornwall Show running from 4-6th June - The RC showground
2. Tunes in the Dunes 5 - 7th June -on the beach at Perrenporth
3. Duchy Ford Show weekend 16-17th June at Watergate Bay, touring park.

A great mix there for everyone me thinks!

Wow such wonderful weather ... Easter was beautiful! Get ready for more sun, sea and surf; we have gaps in May and June that just need filling.. do they have your name on them??

24-25th April is the Rattler Fest at Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm or maybe a trip to the "Offset Show 2026" the Southwest's Premier Motor Show & Cornwall's Biggest Car Show on 26th is more your thing.....

Take a trip down south to Trebah gardens and have a fabulous hot rustic stuffed roll for lunch, truly delish - such beautiful gardens leading down to the beach, then pop next door to NT Glendurgan Gardens and a wander around the maze and then down to their shore!

Well we managed to survice the latest storm, although a lot of Newquay didn't fare well.. lots roof tiles off and other damage reported. Now it's a bit rainy but Spring is getting closer: and we still have a gap for the Feburary Half Term you'll be just in time for the spring sunshine and flowers!
