Last night Carrick Cottage hosted a recovery session for our Longstone GAC under 16 squad which included rehab and sports therapy messages delivered by Doherty Sports Therapy & Massage to a number of players. The boys also availed of our newly installed facilities including hottub, sauna and cold water plunge pools.
