A quintessentially English pub with rooms and a delightful restaurant. With a team of talented chefs showcasing locally sourced produce freshly prepared in our kitchen there is no better place for a meal, short break or family holiday. The Cridford Inn is dog friendly and with it’s log fires has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The four en-suite bedrooms each have their own character and the two bedroom cottage right next to the pub is a perfect base to explore the best Devon has to offer. Set in the stunning Teign Valley on the eastern edge of Dartmoor we are just 20 minutes from Exeter and only 20 minutes from Dawlish and Teignmouth beaches. In the middle of nowhere yet close to everything The Cridford Inn is a real hidden gem.

🥃 A SCOTTISH JOURNEY COMES FULL CIRCLE…

We’ve teased it. Now we can tell you the story behind what promises to be a very special evening at The Cridford Inn.

Back in 2019, Ellie set off on her first wh**ky tour of Scotland. That journey — discovering the distilleries, the people and the incredible variety of Scotch wh**ky — became part of the inspiration behind Azu Spirits.
Seven years later, the story has come full circle.
Ellie and the Azu Spirits family returned to Scotland this year with a mission: to find six exceptional new single malt Scotch whiskies for their next blind tasting collection.
Their journey took them across Scotland, visiting some of their favourite distilleries, meeting the people behind the wh**ky and, naturally, sampling a dram or two along the way.
And they’ve come home with six amazing premium single malts.
We’re genuinely honoured that this brand-new collection will be launched for the very first time right here at The Cridford Inn.

You’ll taste all six premium single malt Scotch whiskies, guided through the evening by Ellie with the stories, knowledge and expertise that make an Azu Spirits tasting so much more than simply drinking wh**ky.
