In late December 2020 Ross Park Caravan Park was acquired by a consortium comprising of a local and well-established family holiday park operator and a residential park home developer from Mark & Helen Lowe, who had run and operated the park for 25 years. Helen & Mark successfully gained the consent to further develop the park, which includes the creation of residential park homes as well as holid

ay lodges situated within the confines of the cherry orchard. We intend to continue operating the touring park as it is and welcoming the established customer base back. As well as this we will be able to offer an exciting range of new park homes for sale to both new and existing customers under the Haytor View banner which we will launch formally in the spring. As per our communications, none of the existing customer touring bookings are affected and we look forward to working closely with both customers and the local community throughout this phase of development. We will be delivering a very high-end residential park home development alongside the touring/holiday park where we see a lot of synergy. Conservation and the environment are very much at the forefront of our ambitions. We are aware that the works currently underway on this consented development have raised several queries and of course welcome the opportunity to address any constructive questions directly, as they arise.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"A very enjoyable week on site, facilities excellent, best by far, spotlessly clean at all times, plenty of info with bus timetables. Bus service is a boon without having to use the van at all. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we will return for future holidays. The grounds are spectacular and so well-kept. Thank you to all who work there, it is much appreciated".

The English Riviera Air Show is a fabulous event in our local calendar! Taking place from Friday, 30th May 30th - Sunday, June 1st, there's lots to see and do both in the air and on the ground! The main visitor area is in Paignton, located at Esplanade Road, Paignton, TQ4 6BG. (5.9 miles from Ross Park).

There will be spectacular flying displays and an exciting programme of events throughout the day. 🛩
