What are you doing in October?

30/09/2026

✨ Sometimes the best way to show what a stay with us is really like… is to let our guests tell the story. ✨

Earlier this year, social influencer Nikki came to stay at one of our Devon Holidays lodges at Finlake Resort & Spa — and she captured her experience along the way. 🌲🏡💛

From arriving and settling into the lodge, to enjoying everything that Finlake and the surrounding Devon countryside has to offer, this is her stay through her eyes. 🎥

And that’s what we love about holidays here.

It’s not simply about having somewhere to sleep. It’s about waking up surrounded by woodland, slowing the pace down, spending proper time together and having so much available right on your doorstep.

🌲 Beautiful Devon countryside
🏡 Your own private lodge
💦 Swimming and leisure facilities
🧖 Sirona Spa
🍽️ Food, drinks and places to relax
🚶 Woodland walks and exploring
🎣 Fishing lakes
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family time and making memories
🐾 And plenty of adventures for four-legged members of the family too

Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, family holiday, weekend with friends or simply a few days away from everyday life, Finlake is one of those places that can feel completely different depending on the holiday you want to create.

🎬 Take a look at Nikki’s story and see what she discovered during her stay…

A huge thank you to Nikki for visiting, capturing her experience and sharing a little piece of her Devon getaway. 💛

Maybe next time… it could be your story we’re sharing. 🏡✨
