Another fully booked, very busy few weeks with so many lovely guests leaving wonderful reviews. We've had lots of guests with specific dietary requirements for breakfast and supper, so we chat to everyone upon arrival to make sure we get it right every time, and our guests feel confident and safe throughout their stay.

Another busy breakfast service here at Craigmount B and B. We are so lucky to have such great local food producers - Steven Cronnie Butchers, Auchtralure farm eggs, and tattie scones from Sweet Cakes Bakery. The reviews are the icing on the cake 🎂

'Everything was perfect! The breakfasts are delicious and will keep you going all day. Our room was spotless and had everything we could want and more. Nicole and Malcolm had great suggestions and made sure we had the most amazing holiday.'

It's been a mad, busy few weeks here at Craigmount since we reopened after our wonderful renovations this winter. All new bathrooms, new kitchen and utility/bootroom, new floors, new doors and so much painting and decorating it seemed endless.

A full house almost every night and over 100 evening meals has brought some great guests, new and old, and some brilliant reviews for so many local businesses.

We're filling up quickly for summer Bed and Breakfast guests, and super excited to announce that Craigmount will transform into a whole house booking experience from October until March every year - now available on airbnb or direct booking.

It's Italian night here at Craigmount, with homemade made lasagne, garlic bread, salad (from my lovely friends garden) and baby roasted potatoes. A houseful of hungry guests eating and then watching Scotland in the qualifiers at The Galloway Bar

This morning we say goodbye to our wonderful German guests Michael, Ben and Kirsten, who have stayed with us almost a week and have been an absolute delight. With no car they have spent most of their stay in and around Wigtown, Bladnoch and Newton Stewart and have delighted us and our other guests with their daily adventures. From seeing deer on the Moss of Cree Road, a Bladnoch Distillery and Crafty Distillery tour, lunches and cakes in Books and Bakes, ReadingLasses, Cafe Rendezvous Wigtown, Cobwebs and amazing sausage rolls from North Street Deli, all the bookshops, Faodail, The Galloway Bar and everywhere in between, they have had a wonderful time in wonderful Wigtown and will be back as soon as they can. Thanks for looking after them so very well. ❤
