Last minute cancellation!

Due to one of our guests unfortunately having to cancel for personal reasons we have Thursday 30th April to Thursday 7th May free. We will do these dates minimum 2 nights for up to 7 nights for only £100 per night!

If interested please message to book as these are not as yet showing as free on our booking software.

PRICING !
That’s what’s on our mind, we have for 2026 held our price at £120/130 per night irrespective if there are one of you or six of you, the price is for the whole cottage we know that it’s cheap for what we provide.

However we want to offer quality but affordable accommodation that most people can afford.

What do we do next year? costs are rising, councils are charging us registration rates (and we get absolutely nothing from this at all) maintenance and upkeep as well as cleaning, gardening and electricity bills, web site charges and commission fees for advertising on other platforms.

Due to one of our lovely guests cancelling due to illness we have last minute availability from tonight Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th contact us for details!

So after a surprisingly busy end of year, we have just repainted the interior of the cottage and had new high quality doors fitted to the bedrooms and toilet. We have Lao fitted an above door canopy at the back door of the cottage.

At the end of 2025 we also fitted a new central heating system.

We still have availability for September onward

We have been asked to put up a video of the secure dog area attached to the cottage, so here it is😁

Video also shows the car park at cottage gate and steps down to the back door, the covered barbecue area and outside kitchen work area.

We also own the land through the gates at the start of the video and guests can use this area also, however, it IS NOT secure for children or dogs
