Bella enjoying a cool off! The river is extremely low at the moment having had no significant rain for what seems like months, only a few pools left deep enough to swim in. Hope the fish survive…..🥴☀️☀️☀️ # westfieldbarnsHelmsley

A really nice sea side beach walk from Fraisthorpe to Bridlington, chippy tea then back along the new King Charles lll east coast path. Miles of beautiful dog friendly beaches, which are almost deserted! Yorkshires best kept secret!🤫 # westfieldbarnsHelmsley

Day off and out to Bramham horse trials with ‘the girls’ . I have the greatest admiration for the talent, bravery and skill of both horse and riders who make these huge unforgiving fences look easy!
