My Sunday in a nutshell… ✨🥖🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Honestly, it’s the little things, isn’t it?
First up, the Seaholm breakfast table is smelling absolutely incredible this morning. This fresh sourdough bread looks so good, it’s taking some serious willpower not to cut into it myself! 😍
And how about that Scotland win against Haiti in the opening game?! 🥳 Missing it live was a bit of a setback, but I’ve got it safely recorded. It’s going to be my reward (and distraction) later on while I tackle the mountain of ironing. 🧺📺
Fresh bread, a brilliant result, and a bit of productivity ahead.

The sun is trying its best to peek through the clouds here this morning, but inside, the kitchen is pure sunshine! It’s not even 9:00 AM yet, and the counters are already full of fresh, warm bakes.
On today’s menu:

There is nothing quite like a coastal stroll when you’re playing hide-and-seek with the Scottish weather! Spent the day walking between sudden, bright bursts of sunshine and absolute torrential downpours—but honestly, it was worth every single drop. ☔✨
The silver lining? The rain makes the local gardens look even more spectacular.
From the vibrant, rain-kissed displays in the Lodge Grounds to the hidden gems peeking over the stone walls of private coastal cottages, North Berwick is in absolute bloom right now. 🏡🌊
