We want to thank all of our Guests and everyone else who have been involved in Farthing Cottage since we took over in lockdown ###

We have been trying to keep our business going since slipping into the vat net in Oct 24.

We have had to swallow the vat to stay competitive and it’s been awful so we have had to take the decision to move one of the team to long term letting.

For now we say goodbye to Farthing Cottage, but it’s not farewell ###x

Last hour of the auction!!!!

As we are in our final month of trading as a holiday let, we thought we would go out with a little charity flourish!

We are having a FLASH AUCTION of a 3 night break at Farthing Cottage to raise much needed funds for Griffon Rescue

If you are looking for a dog then they have some beautiful hounds in foster just awaiting their forever homes! We adopted Mickey from them in January 2023 and he is the best little dog ever.

We have last minute availability for half term and beyond!

Just released all of November 2025!!

Unfortunately this will be the last opportunity for guests to enjoy Farthing Cottage as it will be closing on the 1st December 2025.

We have enjoyed every second of welcoming guests and we will continue to welcome them at our sister cottages Swallowdale in Trunch and Bells Holiday Cottage in Hampshire.
