Now we have the Inspectorate report which basically states the parking and turning isn't an issue 🙄 and we're having a brand new water treatment works installed costing almost 10k which should negate the Neutrient issues I have asked (as well as complained about their trainee officer) North Norfolk district Council to confirm that if and when we re-apply planning should on all accounts be granted.

We wait with bated breath 🙄😬

Our planning issues have been dismissed by the Government Inspector which means it has been upheld. However its not all bad. It's been refused on the grounds of nutrient neutrality issues so once we have our new water treatment in we can reapply and they will have to grant planning as the only issues planning was refused were parking and turning on the drive which the Inspector has stated there is sufficient room and the neutrient issues will be resolved. Just means more bloody money to the sh*tty council. 😒

At least hes coming out. If he can't park and turn on our drive he'll be as thick as those at North Norfolk district Council and Highways and should be off the road immediately
