Something a bit different this afternoon; we made soup from the hedgerow.

Who could have guessed that ground elder and nettle soup tasted so delicious. I can't believe we've never tried it before today.

Ground elder has become the bane of our lives. My motto now is;

If you can't beat it, eat it!! 💚
