Last night we hosted a pre-drinks event for Northampton’s business community with All Things Business ahead of the Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards.

Thank you to everyone who came along and enjoyed a glass or two and some snacks, plus the brilliant Lincoln Noel Pianist before a brilliant night at Royal & Derngate.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists. The hospitality community in Northamptonshire is genuinely incredible and we are proud to be part of it.

It’s National Bosses Day so we thought we’d better honour the occasion with a few pictures of our very own General Manager extraordinaire James Simpson.

From pulling pints in his tux and networking with the brilliant business community here in Northamptonshire to giving former Premier League referees a lift to the station (yes, that’s Mark Clattenburg!), James is always on hand to get stuck in and make sure the hotel is running smoothly.
