COVID-19 cancellation Policy (updated)

Stay Norwich Apartments cancellation policy related to Coronavirus? While the UK government is frequently changing the restrictions in different areas around the country in line with an outbreak. You may be able to cancel with a full refund one day before check-in, due to the circumstances related to Coronavirus. However, with this in mind, we recommend and have put restrictions in place so that people cannot book and hold minimum nights (2 - 5) fare in advance as the future is uncertain. We recommend arranging bookings about two or three weeks ahead only. Our booking system is not open for booking less than a week for fare out bookings. Booking with-in three weeks can book 2 - 3 nights stay. This is to ensure our regular long stay guests (booking a week or more) can book their desired dates.
