'The property's location was ideal, offering a peaceful setting while being conveniently situated for exploring both Norwich and the Norfolk coast. The welcome pack prepared by Tanya was exceptional, without doubt the most comprehensive we have ever received. She was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, we really couldn't have asked for more. The property was exactly as shown in the photographs and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.'

Tanya was very informative , calling us the week before our visit to explain check in etc. A generous welcome pack was awaiting us. Plenty of local information was in the cottage of where to visit and places to eat. The peace and view from the decking was amazing as was the buck moon in the big Norfolk sky. Watching hares, buzzards and heron was something we’d never tire of. Thank you Tanya for being so helpful and for a flexible checkout as no guests were coming on that day. We’d definitely recommend and plan to visit again.

'Just come back from a 5 day stay at Tanya cottage. What a beautiful cottage in a very secluded location. the cottage was immaculate. location ideal for the places we wanted to visit. we couldn't have asked for anymore from Tanya, she is a fantastic host. would definitely stay her again'
