With many of us experiencing fluctuating emotions, it's said that daily routines/structure, calming mini-spaces & 'good memory' items can help to ease feelings of anxiety. So at Mangreen, we're alternating between the solid grounding objects that offer feelings of stability & small spaces that offer feelings of 'light' & connection. If you haven't already, maybe see if there are items, songs, aromas, movements etc., that conjure up good feelings, encourage focus & take the edge off anxieties. We are all experiencing unpredictable & unsettling times. The best each of us can do is care for ourselves, do all we can for those around us & be as considerate as possible to others: one day at a time.
