Fishing lakes close by. Our CL site is situated in quiet, open countryside on land adjoining our coarse fishery (Middle Harling Fishery) for which weekly and day tickets are available. Due to the close proximity of the lakes we do not accept children under the age of 10 on our caravan site. d sometimes sheep and cattle. Our pitches are £18.00 per night. All pitches are hard standing with space for awnings and there is EHU and a water supply to each pitch. East Harling village is approx one mile. It has a local Co-op shop which is open early until 11pm and also sells newspapers and has an off licence. There are two public houses each serving food, a Chinese Restaurant/Takeaway and a fish, chips and kebab shop. The village also boasts a butchers, chemist, fire station, doctors, dentist and DIY store amongst others. There is a recreation ground with tennis courts available to hire, social club and play area nearby. All are within walking distance. The site is on the edge of Thetford forest with many walks and cycle paths to enjoy direct from site
Places to visit include The English Whisky Distillery and Swallow Aquatics at Roudham, Snetterton Racetrack, Banham Zoo, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, High Lodge at Brandon and Red Lodge karting Centre. Nearby market towns with large supermarkets and shopping include Diss, Thetford and Attleborough. Bury St Edmunds and Norwich are approximately 30 mins away by car.
