The weather is looking fantastic for our guests this bank holiday weekend.

Bank Holiday Weekend At The Keys ☀️ 🌞

We now look forward to the end of May bank holiday weekend, which looks like our garden is going to be perfect for the sun and warm weather incoming!

We will be open our usual weekend hours and be open bank holiday Monday with food served from 12-6pm⏱️

Bank holiday Sunday we have live music from Will Overton at 2pm till 4.30pm 🎶

Then we are excited to re-open our fresh pizza oven from Saturday! The menu and information will be posted in the next few days 🍕

We get it. You’re "fine." You love your house. You love your neighbors. But do you love them more than a private hot tub and a pub (The Vernon Arms) that’s literally a 3-minute stumble away?

At Rowan Cottage, we’ve perfected the art of the Norfolk Reset. Here’s the itinerary:

Morning: Wake up. Realise you aren't at work. Do a little dance. 💃

Afternoon: Take the dog for a "vigorous walk" on Southrepps Common (which is mostly just an excuse to build up a thirst).

Evening: Melt into the hot tub until you’re officially a prune. 🛁Repeat: Until you forget your own Wi-Fi password back home.

Warning: Side effects of staying at Rowan Cottage include an extreme distaste for Mondays and a sudden urge to move to Southrepps permanently.

Spring has arrived, and Easter is just around the corner

If you’re planning a stay at Rowan Cottage, you’re in for a real treat! Our latest photo captures the beauty of Felbrigg Hall, one of the many stunning National Trust locations nearby and it’s even more magical at this time of year.

The National Trust has filled the Easter holidays with family friendly fun, from exciting Easter egg trails and outdoor adventures to nature walks bursting with spring colour. It’s the perfect way to explore the great outdoors, keep little ones entertained, and make special memories together.

One of our favourite things to do with the kids over Easter is visiting the amazing National Trust locations nearby. Places like Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park, and Blickling Estate all run fantastic Easter egg trails that are perfect for little adventurers.
