Welcome to our lakeside campsite retreat
Cooper Fox Camping brings a brand‑new way to enjoy the tranquillity of Hackett Lakes, offering a peaceful Nottinghamshire escape with stunning views across a network of calm, wildlife-rich waters. Although you’re only a short 15‑minute drive or a simple 20‑minute bus ride from Nottingham city centre, the moment you arrive you’ll feel a world away from the bustle.

Set beside beautifully maintained lakes, the site is ideal for anyone who loves the outdoors. Anglers can make the most of well‑stocked waters holding carp, perch, chub and roach, with day tickets and night sessions available to book on site. If you’d rather unwind, simply settle back at your pitch, fire up the barbecue and enjoy the gentle sounds of nature drifting across the water.

Wildlife enthusiasts are well catered for too, with Skylarks Nature Reserve right next door – perfect for peaceful walks and spotting local birdlife. For something more energetic, the National Water Sports Centre and Holme Pierrepont Country Park are just a short stroll away, offering white‑water rafting, paddleboarding, kayaking, treetop trails and family‑friendly activities.

Riverside walks along the Trent are close by, and the welcoming village of Radcliffe on Trent is an easy half‑hour stroll for great pubs, food and a relaxed evening out.
