Happy new year from us all at Pool House Glamping Pod. We’ve had a busy festive season but are looking forward to the new year and meeting all our new guests. No wild swimming or fishing this week though as the lake has frozen over! ⛸️

It has been a fantastic year to see nature at Pool house. We even spotted our first ever great egret.
Add in the badgers, foxes, Muntjac, kingfishers and of course my favourites the dab chicks, and it’s been a real treat watching nature thrive.
Today, even the boring job of cleaning the pod was brightened up by a visit from one of our resident pheasants.
I was definitely more excited to see him than he was to see me… he took off pretty quickly!
Nature always finds a way to make the day better.

We’ve had a busy year so far at Pool House Glamping Pod with lots of wild swimmers and keen fishermen right into the autumn days!

We still have some availability left over the next few weeks and we have started taking bookings for next year now. Book in now for a cozy warm stay in the private pod with your own king sized bed and smart TV (if you don’t fancy a swim!)
