We know we have been asked ALOT about the first available date to book all 3 cabins and it wasn’t until June 2027…..BUT….

Due to radio silence, there is now an opportunity to book all 3 for this weekend in April next year 🩷

Please - if we have taken the time and effort to reserve a date for you, don’t then just ignore a follow up message. We know circumstances can change and that’s absolutely fine but be polite and just let us know 🙏🏻 you are stopping others from the chance of coming.

UPDATE - THESE 3 DATES HAVE NOW BEEN BOOKED 🙏🏻

Unless anyone on our reserved list does not confirm today or we get any last minute cancellations, I’m afraid we are now completely booked for 2026 🙏🏻

Our 2027 calendar is open and don’t forget, if you have stayed before and kindly left a Google review from your last stay, you get a £50 thank you returning guest discount 🩷🐾

Our last remaining 2026 dates, bar any cancellations or last minute changes re those provisionally reserved are:

Bumblebee - 17th - 19th Aug 2n - £400
Bumblebee - 24th - 28th Aug 4n - £600

Shepherds Rest - 19th - 21st Aug - 2n £460

Again, Apologies for the lack of availability this year. Remember, we are a small site for a reason so that more nervous and reactive paws can have a haven for their holidays. We are adult only for the same reason (so no babies either I’m afraid)

Rutland - no, no late night parties, clubs or busy high streets here I’m afraid …….but

If you’re looking for slow summer days, beautiful landscapes, ambles in the countryside, quaint market towns, country pubs and one of the most dog friendly counties……well, you just might like it here 😘

Heart breaking isn’t it! How so many little souls like Sunny are left traumatised, scared of the outside world and the people in it 😞

This is one of the reasons why RRR and the extra touches are how they are. For dogs like Sunny who need a lot of extra thought and tlc to even consider venturing away from home.

Our enclosed gardens and the limited footfall is for paws like you. Limited triggers, maximum privacy and seclusion 🩷

So if you’ve ever wondered why we ask dogs to be kept on leads outside of the enclosed gardens……this is a KEY reason.

If you’ve ever wondered why we ask guests to limit visitors to two per cabin, this is the reason 🙏🏻

Please be mindful of others. Not just here but everywhere, everyday. Just because your paws are friendly and confident doesn’t mean others are. Respect their space 🩷

We will always put our guests, both two legs and four legs first. We are a tranquil site for a reason🙏🏻🐾🐾

Fencing! Fencing is so often under thought at holiday destinations yet when bringing paws it’s one of the most important features…..at least it is for us with our paws 🙏🏻🩷🐾

We were told, when creating RRR, NOT to accept dogs 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Oh how my ribs ache!!!! Thankfully I’ve never been one for being told what to do or not to do 😘

A big shout out to ALL our awesome doggy lovin’ pawrents out there who have contributed to us being fully booked for virtually the whole of 2026 and already 20% full for 2027 🩷🙏🏻🐾

We’re getting a lot of questions about availability for this in terms of next year 🩷🐾 I can understand why, especially if you’ve stayed before 😘 So lovely to come with a couple of close friends or family and have the added bonus of having the entire site to yourselves. You then also have the use of the adjoining paddock which is only available for whole site bookings so as to ensure other guests aren’t disturbed 🙏🏻

So to answer your questions…..currently, due to existing bookings, the earliest dates available where all 3 cabins are available is Mon - Wed 17-19 May.

After that, the next available dates for all 3 being free is 2nd June.

The best way to book is online as usual but if you have any issues, we’re always an email@or a phone call away 🩷

We’re probably quite well known for our crop circles and enrichment areas now 😘 we leave areas of longer grass so that paws can enjoy zoomies around them and cool off in them 🩷 (in case you never realised the reason behind them 😘) - note this photo was taken on a cooler day hence the jackets 😘🐾

Due to the heatwave this week we will be leaving the grass in the main areas a little longer too. Longer grass helps those paws keep cool and that is so important at times like this. Cutting in times of rain shortage and scorching weather also kills the grass so it’s a double don’t mow week this week 🙏🏻🐾

Common questions…..

* How many dogs can we bring? If more than 2 we just ask you get in touch to check you will have room 🐾

* How big are the beds? Double in BB and WP; King size in Shep

* Are the gardens fenced? Yes, fenced all round with a mixture of fence types. All secure (especially for smaller escape artists) but BB best for jumpers with its higher 5ft all round fencing

* How many humans do the cabins sleep? Max 2 per cabin 🩷

* Are children allowed? No, sorry. It’s an adult only site designed to be a peaceful and tranquil retreats so more nervous and reactive paws can visit too 🩷

* is there a fridge? Yes, there is an under the counter fridge with small freezer compartment in each of the 3 cabins (largest in Shepherds Rest)

* can we book for 2027? Yes, our 2027 calendar is open and booking up 🙏🏻🐾
