Whether you've stayed with us once, returned year after year, recommended us to friends, shared your photos, or simply left us a kind review, we genuinely appreciate every single one of you.

We're a small, family-run campsite, and our aim has never been to squeeze as many people in as possible. We'd rather offer fewer pitches and give our guests what seems to be disappearing from so many campsites these days... SPACE.
Space for children to run around safely. Space for games, laughter, and family time. Space to sit outside your tent or caravan without feeling like you're camping on top of your neighbours.

Our priority has always been creating a relaxed, welcoming environment where people can truly switch off and enjoy the beautiful Mendip countryside.

We aren't a large commercial campsite. We're just a family who loves what we do and takes enormous pride in creating a place where memories are made.
Seeing your children making new friends, watching families gather around a table in the evening, and receiving your photos of magical sunsets and happy camping moments reminds us exactly why we do this.

Another REALLY busy weekend, 25 pitches left this morning How amazing is that!!! All happy and many saying they cant wait to return.
This week we are really quiet with maximum 25 guests (at the moment) until Friday when we get busy again so if your looking for a quiet Mon to Fri break this is the week to do it 😉

A little bit about us...
When we say we're FULL, what we actually mean is... you still have plenty of space around you!
Could we squeeze in more pitches? Absolutely. But we won't.
Our priority has always been giving our guests room to breathe, relax and enjoy their holiday—not packing people in like sardines.
We keep generous spacing between pitches so we're comfortably within fire safety guidelines, children have plenty of room to run around and play, and everyone has space to eat outside, kick a football, play garden games or simply sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
We have no intention of adding any more pitches. We'd much rather offer a better camping experience than chase a few extra pounds.
Sadly, not every campsite thinks that way. For us, it's never been about fitting in as many people as possible—it's about making sure every family leaves wanting to come back.
Sometimes, less really is more. ❤️🏕️
