Oban's harbour is almost a perfect horseshoe shape, protected by the neighboring Island of Kerrera and the Isle of Mull further out.
Like the coastline infront of own grounds, it regularly plays host to these fiery orange sunsets as the last strips of light flash across the bay.
In the 1700s, Oban was just a small village with a few fishermen's cottages. However, life changed in 1794 when the Oban Distillery opened. 🥃
