Kitchen Porter (Full-Time)
📍 Falls of Lora Hotel, Connel

The Falls of Lora Hotel is currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Porter to join our busy and friendly kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Washing dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
* Ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and organised

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous kitchen or porter experience is preferred
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Good teamwork and communication skills

What We Offer:

* Full-time hours
* Full training provided for the right candidate
* Supportive and welcoming team environment

We’ll pack the picnic! All you need to do is find your perfect little corner and enjoy the moment.

There’s something truly special about slow summer days spent together. With little feet running through the grass and woodland paths, the sound of laughter carried on the breeze, and memories made around a picnic blanket.

Stretch out across our gardens, with two acres of space to wander, play and simply be. Find your sunny spot or settle beneath the shade, all while taking in the peaceful views across Loch Etive and Beinn Lora.

Traditional garden games will be waiting for the wee ones, giving them space to play freely while the grown-ups share stories, good food, and a quiet moment together.🥂

This summer, our gardens are yours, a place to gather, unwind, and enjoy the simple joy of family time.

Our gardens begin to come alive again at this time of year 🌿✨

This week we’ve been busy preparing our flower beds for their second bloom of the season, after our beautiful tulips carried us through spring, it’s now time for summer colour to take over ahead of picnic season at Falls of Lora. 🌸

Rain or shine, John tends to every corner of the grounds with such care, skill and pride, from perfectly cut grass and carefully pruned hedges to the little details that make the gardens feel so special. We are so grateful for the passion you put into your job and that you’re part of our falls family! Thank you John! ❤️

There’s something lovely about watching the hotel wake up again for summer, one flower bed at a time. ☀️🌷

At Falls of Lora Hotel the work never ends… but neither do the dance moves apparently 😂

Huge thank you to our amazing team who somehow manage to keep the place sparkling and join the party at the same time. Weddings here are always a team effort, with a little extra rhythm thrown in 💛
