That’s another Saturday cleaning wrap! The weather is not always perfect but the views are. Saturday low clouds and when they burn off incredible drama again in the sky, the landscape looks different again. What do you think of this view? I’m of course very partial to it! 🤣😍😍👍😜

Atmospheric drama in the sky over Ardrhu. A special place where you turn from Mountain View’s on one side to sea views to the other. Even when cleaning and maintaining the cottage we do enjoy the views. Occasionally, we stay here ourselves, so we have high standards when it comes to comfort and think our guests appreciate it.

I always wonder how to keep a side interesting for followers! It doesn’t come naturally to me! 😁 recently I hiked up a couple of Munro’s, Stob Ban and Mullach nan Coirean from Glen Nevis. There… a happy photo of me too! Fantastic views! I thought you might like to see some pretty photos from the hills around Ardrhu! 😁👍

We are looking forward welcoming visitors back to Driftwood and Beachcomber Cottage in Onich from 26th April 2021.

The season is upon us! This looks great fun on a Sunday before Christmas! .... and just a short drive from our Ardrhu cottages! 😃

Still around 50 tickets left for sledging tomorrow (picture from last weekend). Weather is for a moderate SE wind and light snow in the morning becoming heavy in the afternoon. Likely to be raining at car park level but snowing at the sledging area so please wrap up warm and waterproof if visiting. First Chairlift is 9am and last uplift is 3.15pm. However if you want to go sledging we would suggest 2pm is latest you should be thinking about arriving. Please check Scot Gov travel guidance before buying tickets and traveling. Another fantastic day at the west coast here! A couple of photos with views from Ardrhu and then a few more from my way down to Oban. It is totally breathtaking here, never get tired of it! I just wished I was on holiday here! 😃 ... running errands... needing more paint.... remote location.... long way for diy stuff! 😬😬... not complaining with views like these! 😃👍😘
