We have had the chance to buy our own, beautiful woodland and we’ve created a nature retreat for those who are looking to have a break and get in touch with nature. We have created a wonderful retreat for those who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the normal tourist areas. If you want the camping experience in the middle of the woods, without the guy ropes and pitching in the rain, this is for you.

Butchery to Fire Course run by Lakeland Dexter at C Airey & Sons Ltd Rare breed butcher. You can't learn a life time of experience in a day but it's inspirational to watch a master at his craft and it's given me so many ideas for new things we can do on the fire.
