A quiet-sided double bedroom for single occupancy available for a long term. Looking for a responsible person who will be able to look after the house and contribute to the house chores. (£750 per four week including all the bills).

The house is newly redecorated, all appliances are in good working order. Each floor has its own toilet and a shower/bathroom. The house is kept very clean at all times, and everybody contributes. There are five people living in the house. You pay flat fee every four weeks, which includes all.

This is an academic household, so mature Post-Graduates, PhDs and Post-Docs are encouraged to apply. I also take young and responsible professionals. Please email me ASAP to secure the room.

The house has three toilets, two showers, a large kitchen and a dining space. Hello there,
I have a room available on the 13th of November in my house. The rent is £750 all inclusive. Rent paid every four weeks. I am a live-in landlady. I am an academic researcher at Oxford University, and would like to share with like-minded people who work hard and like a home-like environment, clean and quiet and safe.
The house is an HMO for five, it is recently renovated with a large kitchen and dining area. There are three toilets, bathroom / shower and an extra shower to share.
The house is located in Florence Park / Cowley area, OX4. It is very close to two large shopping areas, and only 1.5 miles from the city centre. There is a frequent bus service to town and to the rail station.
