We are proud to announce the appointment of acclaimed French chef Arnaud Donckele as the new Culinary Director of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, marking a defining moment in the evolution of our most celebrated gastronomic destination.
Arnaud brings his acclaimed culinary artistry to the United Kingdom for the first time. He currently leads two of France’s most decorated restaurants: La Vague d’Or in Saint-Tropez and Plénitude at Cheval Blanc Paris, both awarded three Michelin stars and esteemed for their excellence. Now, he brings his vision to Le Manoir, where, in close collaboration with the estate’s extensive gardens, he will craft a cuisine deeply rooted in British soil while preserving the signature elegance of French tradition.
Le Manoir’s next chapter will introduce new culinary concepts across the estate, each reflecting Arnaud's dedication to nature, craftsmanship and storytelling through food. The estate is set to reopen in summer 2027, ushering in an exciting era of British and French culinary excellence.
