Based right next to J7 of the M40 we are ideally located to service your event. We have an excellent reputation among our clients and we are lucky enough to have a high proportion of repeat business each year both in our festival and corporate markets. We have a policy of contin

ued investment and expansion and our inventory is constantly growing to meet increased demand. From our base in Oxfordshire we run our own service and support department alongside our offices and warehousing. We provide services to Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council, Abingdon Town Council, Ian Nolan Events Ltd, Meadowlands Festival, Southampton Solent University, Silicon Milkroundabout, The Mill Arts Centre, and many more in a variety of markets. Audio brands stocked include Nexo and Electrovoice speakers, Camco and Crest amplification, Yamaha digital desks. Lighting brands include Robe moving lights, Martin effects lights, Smoke Factory haze machines, Avolites and Chamsys control. What a weekend!

In a world first, EPS deployed NEXOs Sound xR platform for a full immersive live tribute with Delicate Sound of Pink Floyd!

With over 60 inputs and 21 outputs for Front of House sound alone, and a further 11 in-ear monitor mixes, this 11-piece tribute delivered a performance described by audience members as 'flawless'.

Just over two weeks ago our friends at Original Marquees contacted us with a last-minute requirement for a back-stage platform at a private event on the lawn at the wonderful Stonor Park & Gardens. The platform needed to be 12m x 10m to accommodate a clearspan marquee, with a bridge to connect to the main guest marquee structure, and an access ramp for catering, florist and band load-in.

This build cleared us out of the last 40 sheets of Litedeck we had in stock for that period, but within 48 hours of initial enquiry we had confirmed the booking, allocated resources, and booked haulage.

We've recently welcomed a pair of Yamaha Professional Audio DM7 consoles to our stock, as well as the brand new Yamaha Rio 3224-D3 digital stage box.

These will complement our existing stock of Yamaha DM3, QL1 and QL5 mixers.

We've had them cased in these fantastic P&M Packing flightcases, which include 2x 2U of rack space under the desk, and space for the optional DM7 Control expander.

The client wanted comfort monitors for their presentation to the room and a hybrid audience, to replicate the experience they'd had one live event stages in the past.

We provided four matching 49" screens in our custom comfort monitor mounts, along with Blackmagic Design signal conversion and distribution to each position.

Only a few days to go until we know the verdict! Will 2025 be the year we become multi-award-winning?!

Delighted to announce that the next shortlisted business for our 'Supply Chain Champion' award which celebrates companies who support other businesses in their supply chain, is Event Production Services.

EPS are a technical services and equipment supplier to the live events industry, an industry populated by micro-businesses and SMEs, with a great deal of local, friendly competition.

Event Production Services work closely with their local competitors, sub-hiring equipment in both directions to reduce capital expenditure, while being sympathetic to cashflow challenges.

Our fantastic Yamaha Professional Audio DM3 mixers are always busy - they are a fantastic tool for corporate events!

We've been out providing stages for awards ceremonies, audio for company meetings, and complete AV solutions for global streamed meetings over the past couple of weeks.

Our whole team is excited about the move to a summer of outdoor events, starting very soon. Looking forward to being our in the sunshine!
