儿子说这比外面卖的还好吃！！
出息了，这都干上了早餐店的活了，做的这个麻圆比外面卖的还好吃

食材
50g白糖
180g热水（80度）
280g水磨糯米粉
3g泡打粉
白芝麻

步骤
1.️准备50g白糖用180g热水搅拌至融化，280g糯米粉中加3g泡打粉拌匀，把融化后的糖水倒入糯米粉中揉成团
2.准备一碗水一碗白芝麻，取一个糯米团40-50g左右，揉圆后沾点水在沾上白芝麻，用手捏紧一点，防止芝麻掉落
3.锅内油温3-4成热下入麻圆，用过滤网不停的按压转动
4.麻圆变大漂浮起来就用中火炸至金黄捞出

外酥里糯，个个都是空心的，超级好吃
