A reminder that fires and anything likely to cause a fire must not be lit/ built/ used at Jubilee House until we’ve had significant rain. This means no alter fires, patrol fires, barbecues, campfire or fireworks (or similar). I
If you have smokers on site, please make sure they have a safe way to dispose of cigarette ends/ vapes.

Due to the extreme dry weather and the vulnerability of Jubilee House set amongst the tree, we are instructing hirers/ users of Jubilee House to NOT make/ use/cook on fires until we’ve had significant rainfall. This applies to users of either the house or campsite and includes the main alter fire, patrol fires and the campfire circle.
The wood burner on the patio may be used with care.
When we’ve had rain, fires may resume.

So 12 years ago our “new” amenity block and shelter were newly completed! Made such a difference to camping here at Jubilee House. No more emptying of lats into Pooh Corner, and a (drain) pipe dream turned into reality thanks to fundraising.
