Seapoint is a semi-detached house built in the 1930’s but was modernised in the 60’s and again more recently but still it manages to retain a family home feeling.
It is situated on the cliff top with uninterrupted views of the beach and headlands. It is one of 11 houses in a private family owned estate, with a tennis court and open grass lawns. It is a 3 minute walk with easy access via steps onto a large sandy beach with safe bathing, and popular with surfers.
