The Old Mill House Bed and Breakfast is a 16th century converted corn mill situated in the pretty hamlet of Little Petherick, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, just two miles from Padstow. This Grade II listed building has its own garden next to a stream that runs into the Camel Estuary. There is a rich variety of wild life to be observed including kingfishers, a pair of resident sw
ans and the ever present ducks. The Old Mill House Bed and Breakfast (B&B) has seven tastefully decorated bedrooms which are all en-suite and equipped with TV, direct-dial telephone, a hairdryer, radio/alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities. Four of the bedrooms and breakfast rooms are overlooking the picturesque garden and three are in front of the house facing the village and overlooking the pretty stream that runs into the Camel Estuary towards Padstow. There is wi-fi available in the public areas and is free of charge for the guests of the Old Mill House. The Old Mill House will also now be open during the afternoons for a traditional Cornish Cream Tea and full Afternoon Tea. During the evenings The Old Mill House Bistro will be serving locally sourced, freshly prepared meals to both residents and non-residents. There is also a fully licensed bar area serving locally sourced wines, real ale and cider.
