Sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms): large double with en-suite bath + shower and TV; twin room with wardrobe. Sofa bed in lounge if needed.
Comfort: full central heating & double glazing, Free Wi-Fi, sea-view windows and patio doors onto a wrap-around decking with gate.
Kitchen: full-size fridge/freezer, gas hob & oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery & utensils.
On-park: indoor pool & jet pool, bar/restaurant with sun terrace, shop, free Wi-Fi in venue (passes sold separately). Steam railway borders the park; tunnel under the railway gives direct access to the coastal path (Goodrington & Broadsands beaches).
Check-in Saturdays 4 pm, check-out 10 am. Short breaks & week stays.
Price on enquiry/application (varies by season). £50–100 security deposit; balance due 4–6 weeks before arrival. Entertainment passes extra.
Included: gas & electricity, bed linen. Guests provide towels (including tea towels).
Rules: no smoking, no parties. Well-behaved pets allowed — max 2 — restricted to decking, lounge & kitchen; please bring suitable bedding/blankets. Quiet after 10 pm.
