Your comfort is the priority of resident proprietors Paul & Hayley Horsman. Who take the greatest pleasure in warmly welcoming new and returning visitors to their conveniently situated, licensed guest accommodation. This large spacious Victorian villa consists of 15 bedrooms - 2 Superior Plus Doubles, 3 Superior Doubles, 2 Deluxe Double and 2 Standard Doubles, 1 Small Double, 2 Twins and 3 Singles

, half of which are on the ground floor allowing easy access for all. We are very well situated in the heart of Paignton, only a 5-minute level walk away from the beach, harbour, shops, restaurants, train and bus stations. We have a large front car park and 6 additional parking spaces at the rear, with easy access, providing free off-road parking for all our guests 24 hours a day. We have a comfortable sun lounge and South facing terrace, which provide the perfect place to relax at any time of the day. The lounge receives a lot of sunshine and is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while reading a newspaper or on a warm evening you can enjoy the sun setting with a drink from the bar. Our large tastefully decorated breakfast room, is a great, relaxing place to start your day. We offer customers the choice of a light continental breakfast, or a hearty full English breakfast. The dining room is situated on the lower ground floor, but there is wheelchair access via an outside ramp. Please let us know if there are any special dietary requirements.
