🏡 ROMAN’S HOLIDAY LET TOP TIP TUESDAY 🏡

Don’t forget the bins! 🗑️😂
Make sure guests have clearly labelled bins and enough bin bags. Such a small thing, but it can prevent unnecessary guest messages.

✨ 4 CHANGEOVERS. ONE DAY. DONE. ✨

And nooo… the job doesn’t magically end when we lock the door and walk away 😂💅🏼

4 properties cleaned, reset & guest-ready ✔️
Then comes the mountain of laundry 🧺, owner messages, admin, invoices, supplies AND keeping the socials alive because apparently I don’t know how to sit still 😂

Then… home to clean my own house 🫠, look after my boys, life admin and everything else that comes with being a business owner AND a mumma! 😂💗

It’s busy behind the scenes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Busy business, happy owners, happy guests and standards we’re proud of. 🥰✨

Just another day of running the show, spray bottle in hand 💁🏼‍♀️🧼

🚿 THE SHOWER DRAIN HAD A PERSONALITY BEFORE THIS… 😂

Okay, this one was particularly grim 🤢😂 but LOOK at the after!! ✨

A proper deep-down clean and this little shower plug/drain is looking fresh, sparkly and ready to behave itself again! 🫧💗

Honestly… I’m ridiculously proud of this one. There’s just something so satisfying about a disgusting before turning into a “ooooohhh, shiny!” after 😍

Cleaning, the Roman way — because no plug gets left behind. 😂🧼✨

👋 Meet the face behind the spray! 🧽✨

I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly! 😂

I’m Eloise, 27, and the face behind Roman Contracting. I’ve been cleaning professionally for over 2 years and I’m so proud of how much the business has grown. 🤍

I genuinely love seeing the difference a good clean can make — especially a before & after shower screen… there’s just something SO satisfying about it! ✨😂

Behind the scenes, I’ve also got my amazing partner Ben, who helps with all the maintenance and repairs for our holiday-let clients, plus my two beautiful step-sons who keep life busy and full of love. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who supports Roman Contracting — whether you’re a client, follower or simply share my posts. It means more than you know! 🥰

🏡 ROMAN’S TOP TIP TUESDAY 🏡

Little things we’ve learnt from years of holiday-let changeovers…

Waffle bedding = ditch the ironing 😂

WHAT WE SEE 👀😂 vs WHAT YOUR GUESTS SEE ✨

Guests see a gorgeous, fresh holiday home…

We see THE CRUMBS. THE HAIR. THE FINGERPRINTS. THE DUST. THE RANDOM MARKS. THE MYSTERY MESS. 😂🫣

Basically, if it shouldn’t be there… we find it. 👀

But that’s the whole point!

We do the dirty work, tackle the little details and make sure everything is fresh, spotless and guest-ready…

So your guests can simply walk through the door and think:

“Ooooh, lovely!” ✨🏡

You see a beautiful holiday let.
We see everything that needs cleaning. 😂

And we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍

🐾 Dog-friendly accommodation
✨ High-standard, beautifully presented property
🧼 Thorough professional changeovers
📸 Photos & checks after every clean
💬 Clear communication with owners
🛏️ Attention to the little details that guests notice
