A417 Cotswold Way temporary route - Public footpath closure and diversion.
There will be a temporary route for the Cotswold Way in 2026 to allow National Highways to undertake work on the A417. The temporary route will be sign posted and take you via Ullenwood, Rushwood Kennels and Birdlip Radio Station. The temporary route adds 4km / 2.5 miles and 50-60 minutes to your journey on foot.
