Our electrics tripped, a simple fix of accessing the circuit breaker and resetting the switch.

However the television in the second bedroom is now no longer wanting to connect to the WiFi for some reason. This will require a little more investigation.

We found a cushion that isn't ours so we will let our last guests know.

We try to check everything during our changeovers so that it's perfect for every new guest. Time for a new spatula!

We found this nice little fridge magnet to add to our little collection.

Our laundry bag was getting stained and has served our guests well so time to replace with new.

The laundry bag stands up on its own making it easier to load, something one of our guests commented on that was helpful so we will keep with tradition!

We painted the rear fence door and hoped that would be enough to brighten the rear but it made the rest of the fence look like it needed a paint too!

No choice but to finish the whole panel and we are happy with the look. On duller days and especially in winter it will be nice to have some colour. Finally we have an outdoor bin storage to build and this will hide the bins from view.

The rear fence is typically what guests see first when they arrive so it's important it looks right.

We added a plant box to the front too and supported Parbold, Newburgh and District Garden Society

After a busy day yesterday working behind the scenes we dropped by at Margot Parbold for a quick drink.
That turned into pizza and chips...and more drinks.

The pizza was the Nduju and was absolutely delicious. Thick crust but still light, rich and full of flavour. 🍕

The chips are the parmesan fries and a favourite of ours. 🍟

Margot's wine bar is dangerous as you always want to stay that bit longer 😁

We enjoyed watching the waitress make cocktails at the bar.😊

Also nice to see John Whaite pop in with his partner and fur baby for a quiet meal.

We saw that the cocktail offerings have expanded so we have included the menu in our photos.

This gave us a thought..🤔

We will slowly go through and try every cocktail on offer to compare and contrast! We will of course post about how we get on. 🍹🍸🍹🍸
