We are NOT a party venue and have strict rules due to being in the Nidderdale AONB.
No music outside
No smoking inside or outside on the decking.

Sleeps 2 adults only. No dogs due to farm stock (not even small well behaved ones) check in 3pm, check out 10am. Hot tub can be used until 11pm only. We are in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding natural beauty so have quite/dark time from 11pm. So if you are party people this is maybe not your place. As hard as it is to believe today... this weeks weather is looking incredible! Wednesday is going to be beautiful. Our railway carriage with wood fired hot tub is available with incredible views of Nidderdale.
£220 for two nights stay, hot tub and breakfasts.

The old man's getting his Spring make over ready for opening back up next weekend. He's had the winter off and hasn't wintered well! He's looking dapper again now. 🚂 ❤️... and.. he's getting his hot tub back. We had to sell it in lockdown to put food on the table but now we have another one heading down today. ❤️ 💦
